The apartment is located in a well-kept condominium in the center of the town of Golfo Aranci. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.

The garden of about 100 square meters with 2 verandas has its centerpiece in a comfortable built-in sofa, next to a dining table and sun loungers area. The house is located at the corner of the condominium and has the sea on both sides: access to the beach takes place directly from the garden gate. The proximity to the sea and the shallow water for a long stretch makes the house ideal for families with young children.

There is also a private covered parking space. Nearby there is a tennis court, basketball court and a children's play area.

Supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, while there is a private covered parking space for parking.

The village of Golfo Aranci is very quiet and suitable for families with children.

For those who want night clubs and discos, Porto Rotondo is 12 km away; Porto Cervo and the famous clubs of the Costa Smeralda are a 30-minute drive away.

You can move around easily on foot, although a car is recommended to visit the beaches and places of the Costa Smeralda, most of which can be reached in a few minutes' journey.
