This is a beautiful, well designed villa, set on a hill a few miles out of Aranci. The pool and the views are just stunning. We were wonderfully looked after by Lara who is very very kind and attentive and quick to respond to any issues. In Sardinia you need to be aware that a considerable amount of your time and energy will be spent dealing with all household waste strictly divided up and the correct portion only, be it plastic, glass, tin etc taken on its designated day to a man with keys for a locked up rubbish shed a car journey away. Remember though this is not Lara or Marco’s fault, this is Sardinia!

L'host marco è molto professionale ed educato, la casa e la posizione sono magnifiche. L'unica pecca è la co-host Lara, una casa di questo livello non può assumere persone così maleducate ed irrispettose. Quando le abbiamo fatto presente che eravamo rimasti senza acqua per 3 giorni, lei ha assunto un tono minaccioso dicendoci frasi mafiose come "non vi faccio prendere l'aereo", "vi ammazzo" e "qui in Sardegna comando io". Un vero peccato che in ville di questo tipo lavorino persone di un livello talmente basso da rendersi ridicole. Fortunatamente l'host marco è riuscito a calmare le acque.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Grundstück und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Der Pool ist riesig, im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Ausstattung im Aussenbereich ist top! Wunderschönes Haus was auf den Fotos gar nicht zur Geltung kommt. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und der Pool ein Traum. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Was uns vorher nicht ganz klar war, dass es 2 separate Wohnungen sind. Was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Es war sogar ein Vorteil, Langschläfer auf jeden Fall die untere Wohnung nehmen.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la superbe Villa de Marco, la vue est magnifique et les espaces extérieurs très qualitatifs. Seul hic, les chambres du rdc sont sombres et peu aménagées. Aussi, nous avons eu un différend avec la gestionnaire de la maison qui s’est montrée envahissante par message et trop insistante sur la gestion des poubelles. Les explications manquaient de clarté, nous avons fait au mieux, mais la gestionnaire s’est montrée très exigeante sur ce point et puis est devenue agressive, alors que les explications étaient incomplètes et erronées. La gestion des poubelles est devenu très pénible et à pris énormément de place durant notre séjour (nous devions amener des poubelles différentes tous les matins et suivre un planning mal indiqué). Nous recommandons la villa mais les frais de ménages sont beaucoup trop importants par rapport aux prestations réelles. Le comportement de Lara, gestionnaire de la maison, a été inapproprié et insultant dans le cadre d’une location de ce prix.

Unser Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen war genial. Wir waren 9 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) Die Villa und der Standort sind einfach atemberaubend. Besonders der Pool und die grosszügige Aussenanlage sind wunderschön. Die Bilder können dies nicht vollumfänglich darstellen. Wichtig zu erwähnen, dass es sich um zwei Wohnungen handelt, die zwei separate Eingänge haben. Etwas ungünstig wenn die Kinder kleiner sind, da diese eine sozusagen eigene Wohnung haben. Die obere Wohnung ist schön und hat von den Zimmern eine schöne Aussicht. Die untere Wohnung ist im Boden, also ohne Fenster, einzig mit einem oberen Lichteinlass (Vorhof). Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön. Die Gastgeber Marco und Lara sind schnell zu Stelle bei Fragen oder Anliegen. Rundum alles bestens und erholsam. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein grösserer Tisch, da es für 9 Personen nicht reicht, als auch einen Outdoortisch wäre wirklich noch schön. Alles in allem, eine schöne Villa, eine TOP-Lage und wirklich zu empfehlen!!

An absolutely stunning view is the first thing that hits you as you enter the property. The pool is gorgeous and a great size, the rooms are extremely comfortable, upstairs each double room has its own bathroom - we put all the children in the downstairs section of the property at night, this is like a basement space (accessed with its own key) but also spacious with a good sized bathroom. We had the most fantastic time, the outside seating is enormous and the living area is also a great size, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need....and Marco couldn't have been nicer to us, his caretaker Lara was also very kind and helpful. We were a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 children...and this property is perfect for that. A stunning island, crystal clear blue sea and a perfect property to enjoy if you just want a day by the pool!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Das besondere Highlight ist der Pool. Marco ist ein toller Gastgeber. Vorab, die Aussicht ist gigantisch! Super schöner Blick über den Golfo Aranci! Hier kann man den Sonnenaufgang wunderbar beobachten. Das Haus ist im großen und ganzen sehr schön und relativ neu eingerichtet. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Küche ist schön, mit Blick auf das offene mehr und es ist ausreichend Utensilien zum kochen vorhanden. Die Terrasse und der Infinity Pool sind überragend! Es sind viele Liegemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Marco und Lara war schnell und gut. Gab keine Probleme! Im ganzen waren wir 5 Tage mit 6 Personen im Haus und empfehlen es jedem wärmstens weiter! Wenn wir mal wieder nach Sardinien kommen ist der Besuch fast schon sicher! ;-)

Ein tolles, gepflegtes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die Einrichtung neuwertig. Die Beschreibung traf vollends zu. Einen ganz besonderen Dank an Lara, die uns in den beiden Wochen hervorragend betreut hat. Wir hatten anfangs ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung und dem TV-Satellit, was sofort behoben wurde. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

We (two families with one small kid each) had a fantastic stay at Marcos house. It's very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. The view and of course the Infinity pool are just amazing. The infinity pool is perfect for small children to play with the water at the bank when they not yet want to go into the pool. We can fully recommend it. Marco is answering and helping very quickly.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa von Marco. Vielen Dank auch an Angelo für das frühere Check In am Ankunftstag! Absolut toll war der Aussenbereich mit grossem Pool, Veranda und Liegeschaukel. Die Aussicht mit den wunderbaren Sonnenaufgängen hat uns jeden Morgen erneut fasziniert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ohne Fahrzeug eher nicht zu empfehlen. Marco gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Orten, die wir aus Zeitmangel leider nicht alle ausprobieren konnten. Das Haus bietet viel Platz (wir waren 7 Personen) und vor allem der obere Bereich ist sehr schön. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir draussen oder unterwegs auf der Insel, die wirklich sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (mit Ausnahme der Gläser - die sollten ergänzt werden) und auf dem Aussengrill lassen sich herrliche Barbeques veranstalten. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa und den Gastgeber bestens empfehlen.

Ett väldigt fint hus med mycket bekvämligheter. Rent och fint. Vi bodde 6st i huset och det var inte alls trångt. Utan man ryms lätt 8st. Härligt stort kök med diskmaskin och två kylar. Tre badrum och två tvättmaskiner. Poolen var fantastisk. det var poolskötare där varje morgon för att rengöra den. Sköna solstolar. Det fanns grill där så vi kunde grilla till våra middagar. Einen Urlaub in dieser Region und vor allem in dieser Unterkunft kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. The pool and the view from Marco’s place is sensational. We spent many an evening enjoying them. Really enjoyed the local beaches and Marco was helpful with suggestions on where to go. White beach for dinner was probably our favorite. 10 minutes drive to Golfo Aranci or the Supermarket. WiFi was intermittent which was a real problem for us. I imagine if this was purely your holiday then you could go two weeks without WiFi. We are traveling for a year and rely on WiFi to keep our businesses running so it made life difficult. The place is very well set up for two families. The upstairs sleeping area (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) is superior to downstairs (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) although note that there is no internal staircase between the two. The kitchen was good and we dined in quite a bit. Good TV room too but it is the view, the outdoor area and the pool that make this place. Sardinia is amazing and we would definitely come back here if we ever get the chance.

Een zeer mooi huis juist goed voor zes personen. Het begon s'nachts al wat kouder te worden en een straffe wind, dus het formidabele zwembad was op het laatst iets te koud voor ons. Marco had goede eethuizen aan bevolen, Op het eiland is veel te zien, de afstanden zijn iets verder dan je denkt. Een auto is een must anders kom je nergens, hoog uit op het stand bij de san pedro bar, veel restaurants zijn gesloten buiten het seizoen. Kortom een prima vakantie geweest.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's house. The place is amazing - the outdoor area and the view to the sea is perfect, with private pool, the possibility for making a BBQ etc. The house is also great, with separate bathrooms and air condition. I will recommend the house at any time. Marco was easy to get in touch with all the way, and even gave advice about good restaurants, beaches etc. in the area.
Marcos Haus liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Ferienhausbereich direkt in erster Reihe mit wunderschönem, unverbaubarem Blick auf die Bucht von Olbia und den Golfo Aranci. Das Haus ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Die Bilder im Internet schaffen es nicht, das Haus in seiner ganzen Schönheit darzustellen. Wir nutzten nur zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß, zwei weitere Zimmer befinden sich noch im Untergeschoß. Der Infinity-Pool ist ein Traum. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und würden gern wiederkommen.

The best feature of the house is the location - it is directly at the beach, with an amazing view. It is perfect for kids (we travelled with 3 and 5 year olds), as the beach is wonderful, beautiful and super safe. This was our first visit to Sardinia and we enjoyed very much the beach where the house was located - we barely left the house to visit other beaches. The house is very comfortable and perfect for a family - it has a barbecue spot and a table in front of the sea, for amazing meals. It has all that is needed for a summer vacation. The tips from the host were also great. I strongly recommend it and we definitely plan to come back!

Beautiful apartment right at the water. We were able to check in earlier thanks to Miss Lara. She showed us the apartment and how everything works. She also greeted us with a lovely bottle of sparkling wine. The deck is the best part. We practically lived outside and BBQ everyday. We would love to stay here again next year. I can't really think of the words to describe this truly Wonderful, Magnificent, Marvellous and delightful house by the sea (30 cm to the water). I have been to many locations in the world, some very expensive, and they didn't even get close to Marco's Apartment. Location fabulous. Beach - extraordinary. Terrace fantastic and exceptional-some 50/60meter square of space with phenomenal couch, 2 tables, grill etc. Lara was very kind, supportive and thoughtful. She bought us a new BBQ and was responding immediately. So once again thank You for one of the best holidays we have ever had.

The sand is soft, and the water is warm and shallow with a gradual incline. Our host was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

Marco’s house is beautiful. The location is perfect, direct at the sea, you have everything, you need, you have a big garden with sofa, sun beds, grill etc. The sea is in front of your door. The house is big enough for 6. Marco and Lara are helpful, they answer all of the questions immediately.

The location is amazing . The sea to two sides . A beautiful outside space with plenty of sitting and lounging areas. Both Marco and Laura were excellent in communicating. Many restaurants in strolling distance , many reached from a scenic path along the beach. ( take a torch at night) . We loved our stay and Sardinia is Beautiful.

We stayed at Marcos place in Terza Spiaggia Golfo Aranci Sardegna for 1 week in late August and it was absolutely amazing. The villa is the best villa in the whole complex. The beach is right on your door step and is beautiful and crystal clean . You can also hire non motorised water crafts. The villa space is comfortable for 4-5 people . Lara the host who greeted us upon arrival and attended to all our needs was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. We had the most amazing time there and very sad to leave. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Lage war wunderschön! Direkt am Strand, , auf 2 Seiten Meer, flach bis weit hinaus. Super für kleine Kinder. Die grosse Terrasse war perfekt zum Sonnen, zumal es leider in der Hauptsaison doch einige Menschen am Strandabschnitt hat vor unserer Haustür. Uns störte das aber nicht. Wir hatten ja unsere grosse Terrasse. :o) Und Restaurants gab es auch zu genüge, welche zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Lara, welche das Check-in und Check-out übernahm war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie bei Unklarheiten immer fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The location of this place is amazing! On the beach with an easy walk into the local town, with a small shop for your daily’s just up the road! Obviously our visit was out of season so many of the lovely restaurants on the beach were closed but I can imagine them to be spectacular in season, non the less my kids enjoyed the fact that pizza was on the daily menu ! Lara the co host was beyond fantastic with her quick responses and ideas of what to do and see!

It was an amazing experience. The house has just everything you need. Especially the BBQ place and the kitchen outside is just great! The pool is amazing and the view just spectacular! The whole neighborhood is calm, except a construction area in the distance but you can't hear it. It's not that loud but maybe you will be bothered. We didn't care! The most important thing here is Lara! Lara was in charge of the check-in/out and for all of our questions regarding the house. She is the kindest person you can meet! Super helpful with every question! She made the trip even better than it was! Thanks Lara! The next beach there is also a gem and you have a lot of beaches nearby. Thanks Marco thanks Lara! We had great vacations and we will come back!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Sardinien. Der Pool ist riesengroß und bietet eine willkommene Abwechslung bei bestem Wetter. Wir waren zu sechst im Haus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, was auch an der perfekten Kommunikation mit Lara lag. Kritikpunkte vorheriger Bewertungen (Wohnung zu dunkel, Pool zu kalt) spielen im Sommer bzw bei gutem Wetter keine Rolle. Einer der besten Strände der Insel, Cala Sassari, ist zu Fuß 20 und mit dem Auto keine fünf Minuten entfernt. Ich würde die Unterkunft im Sommer zu 100 wiederempfehlen!

We spent a wonderful week in Marco's villa! We are a family of five with three young children (3, 6 and 8) and this was an excellent location for us. The views were amazing, there are plenty of beaches within a short drive, and the scenic drive to some of the best beaches in Costa Smeralda was no problem at all. The pool was perfect for young kids, with the sloped entrance, and the outside space was excellent for late afternoon swims. The inside living area is a little small but we spent all of our time outside so this didn't matter to us. Marco provided a lot of information and suggestions about the area well in advance, and Lara was very helpful during check-in and check-out, as well as throughout our stay. I highly recommend this villa! Thanks Marco and Lara!

Il nostro soggiorno é stato in linea con le esperienze già descritte nelle altre recensioni. Aggiungo due note che possono aiutare nella scelta di questa sistemazione. Come dalle foto, l’ambiente esterno é favoloso. La piscina é ben curata e pulita e la manutenzione viene fatta giornalmente, ma con estrema discrezione. La vista su Tavolara vale tutta la vacanza e vista l’esposizione si può godere di un clima ventilato. Utile l’angolo cucina esterno. Infine due parole per il complesso in cui é inserita: l’accesso al villaggio avviene tramite una sbarra accessibile solo per chi soggiorna e il complesso è costituito da un numero esiguo di ville, ciò garantisce silenzio, tranquillità e privacy. Nonostante la vicinanza di altre case, è garantito un alto livello di riservatezza e silenzio. Decisamente molto gentile e disponibile Lara con tutte le nostre domande. Assolutamente da consigliare e da ripetere l’esperienza.

The accomodation worked very well for our family group of grandparents, parents and 2 grandchildren. As the grandparents we had the downstairs bedroom/bathroom, giving us private space, and our son and family had the upstairs accomodation. There was plenty kitchen equipment and having the outside cooking area as well as the kitchen was definitely a bonus. Although we travelled late October we were able to make use of the outside space. And what an amazing space to be able to enjoy for the week, beautiful pool with a sloping entrance great for kids, lovely seating areas, wonderful view all around, interesting plants and grasses around the pool and located in a small and secure complex. Communication with both Marco and Lara was excellent, both answered promptly, the check in and check out were quick and smooth. Thank you Marco for a great holiday.

Wir waren im Oktober in Marcos Haus mit 2 Familien inkl. 5 Kleinkinder. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön gelegen mit Aussicht aufs Meer und ein paar der schönsten Strände der Insel sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Lara hat uns freundlich empfangen und war stets für Fragen oder Hilfe erreichbar. Trotz dem milden und sonnigem Herbstwetter, war uns der Pool zu kalt. Das Meer war einiges wärmer und wir würden uns beim nächsten Mal für eine Villa ohne Pool, dafür in Fussdistanz zum Strand entscheiden. 4 Personen müssen im dunklen Untergeschoss wohnen. Ansonsten ein perfekter Herbsturlaub mit Sommerfeeling!

Me and my 7 friends had a great time in Marcos villa. The kitchen/living area was a little small for that many people but we were outside most of the time and the outdoor area/pool was amazing. The pool is huge and there is a large table and outdoor kitchen which great. Marco and Lara were very helpful and hospitable and i’d definitely recommend this villa for anyone wanting a chilled summer holiday.

Wow wow wow! The pool and outside area is just glorious! The view is wonderful, and the pool is just the thing for a hot Sardinian summer. It has a beach leading to gradual steps, perfect for children! The house is very peaceful and you feel very much surrounded by nature there! Mountain above sea below. This does mean you need to drive for restaurants and beaches, but both are abundant in the area around the villa. For us the peace and private pool during peak tourist season ( mid August, very very busy beaches) was worth the driving! The villa and 3 bedrooms were clean and comfy. Note the biggest bedroom is in a lovely basement down stairs with separate entrance. The air conditioning was amazing and much needed on the 38d days! Marco was helpful and Lara the lovely lady taking care of the villa couldn’t have been more helpful for both check in and out but also for help during the holiday too! Overall a happy and successful holiday! We would highly recommend a holiday here if your looking for tranquility and peace with glorious views, heavenly pool but with all the hub of the tourist world only a drive away! We had a fabulous week in Marcos' villa, which had amazing views which ever way you looked and the most gorgeous pool and outside space. There is a decent restaurant a few minutes walk down the road when you don't want to have to drive and the nearest beach is walkable although might be a bit much on really hot days. Marco sent some handy tips which were very useful. I just wish we were there longer, there is just so much to explore! We were 2 families of 4 and strictly speaking this villa is for 6 people, therefore the kitchen is not really big enough for 8 peoples needs. Although the outside space more then makes up for this.

Marco has an amazing place. The views are incredible and the outside area is spacious and comfortable; the pool is clean and a good size, making this the perfect location. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom gives a degree of privacy for a part of the group. The kitchen is great and there is an outdoor cooking area too. We had eight people in our group and found the place quite perfect. If you have a car, it is the perfect location to visit the beautiful beaches of Sardinia. It is also close to supermarkets and the little town of Golfo Aranci. Marco gave us some great information about places to visit too. All in all, a fantastic holiday.

We had some great days at this house. The pool is fantastic and there is everything in the house you need for cooking. Also, there's a grill on the outside. Questa villa è perfetta per vivere una indimenticabile vacanza in Sardegna. Posizione invidiabile sia per la splendida vista che per la facilità nel raggiungere alcune delle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Villa pulita, ben fornita, e con uno spazio abitabile esterno perfetto anche per famiglie con bambini come noi (la piscina è stata molto apprezzata!). Exceptional view, great pool, perfect for swimming. Marco also provides you with some interesting tips about places to visit, restaurant where to eat and beaches where to spend your time. The house is very comfortable for two families and the outside living space is peaceful and enoyable, you will have the choice to stay at home and relax in the pool or to go to the beach and have fun. Shops, restaurants and markets are a little distant from the house but not so much. Very high recommended to every family, groups of friends or couple of families.

La casa è un gioiello, ha tutto quello che è necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. È arredata con molta attenzione ai dettagli. Specialmente la terrazza grande e perfettamente arredata con una vista stupenda delle colline toscane ci ha affascinato. L'alloggio del signor Marco si trova in una posizione strategica: a pochi minuti dalle Terme di Saturnia e allo stesso tempo immerso nella natura. abbiamo passato 2 notti in questa splendida struttura! l'appartamento è molto accogliente e pulito con una vista davvero stupenda! il contesto residenziale é tranquillo ed elegante, il referente é stato gentilissimo in tutto e premuroso nel sapere come procedeva la nostra permanenza! anche la posizione è perfetta, a 8 min circa dalle cascate del mulino! consigliatissimo.
